1. Pack Your Return

Place the item securely in its original packaging if you still have it.

If not, choose a sturdy, waterproof, and non-transparent package to keep the product safe during transport.

2. Select a Return Option

You can either:

  Print your return label at home, or
  
• 
  Create and print it directly at the drop-off point.
  
  Once you’ve shipped the parcel, please inform us so we can follow the return.
  

3. Processing Your Return

When your package reaches us, we’ll send you an email confirming its arrival.

After that, our team will check the item’s condition to finalize the return process.

Please note: The cost of sending the return is covered by the customer.

When Will I Receive My Refund?

Most refunds are completed within 5–7 business days from the date you send your return.

This timeframe does not include any additional processing time required by your bank.

We’ll notify you both when we’ve received your return and when your refund has been issued.
